Une recette pour garder une peau jeune

Avec la fleur de l’âge, les grains de sable dans le sablier qui tombent de plus en plus vite, nous, les femmes, voyons avancer la vie parfois trop rapidement. Les années défilent et parfois, emprisonnées dans le train-train quotidien, nous oublions que parallèlement à cela, nous avons une vie à vivre.  

On se réveille alors un matin et en se regardant dans le miroir, on constate que les années ne nous ont pas épargnés, que les premières ridules apparaissent et que les racines de nos cheveux se teintent d’un blanc grisonnant. L’heure est donc venu de s’éveiller pour s’occuper de soi, de son corps et de ses émotions pour voguer sereinement sur le chemin merveilleux qu’est la vie.

It is by taking care of ourselves from the inside that we will be able to regain our external beauty: hydration, healthy, living and natural food, sports activities, personal development, culture, etc. Nevertheless, a little help through natural cosmetics is possible to help the skin feel better.

Let's not talk about skin care creams and cosmetic products that are sometimes a little too marketing-oriented. Although some brands offer excellent quality products with an impeccable composition, we will focus on the ingredients that our skin needs to limit the sometimes too rapid evolution of the first signs of aging.

Let's prepare together a rejuvenating oil for mature skin. Easy to prepare, it can easily be done even if you have very little knowledge of natural cosmetics.

The Ingredients

  • 45 ml d’huile de rose musquée : huile riche en acide gras essentiel dont les oméga 3 font partie ainsi qu’en vitamines. Son avantage se pose principalement sur l’action antiride, cicatrisante et régénératrice, entre autre.
  • 45 ml of jojoba oil: Anti-wrinkle oil, it is healing and stimulates the synthesis of collagen, in this use. Indeed, jojoba oil is a neutral base very often used in natural cosmetics.
  • 2 teaspoons of wheat germ oil: Ideal oil for its anti-free radical, antioxidant but also nourishing and repairing action. It is also the ideal addition to prevent the mixture from going rancid too quickly.
  • 12 gouttes d’huile essentielle de ciste ladanifère pour son action antirides principalement. De plus, elle affine le contour du visage grâce à son potentiel pour raffermir et tonifier les tissus.
  • 12 drops of essential oil of petit-grain bigaradier thanks to its calming, soft and soothing action. Moreover, this essence is particularly recommended for its antioxidant action.
  • 12 gouttes d’huile essentielle de géranium rosat car elle illumine le teint et stimule la circulation.

A rather simple preparation:

  1. The first step is to mix the vegetable oils in a clean container.
  2. Then add the essential oils carefully, paying attention to the precision of your doses.
  3. Finally, transfer the resulting mixture into a pump bottle.
  4. We advise you to leave the mixture for 24 hours so that the vegetable oils impregnate correctly with essential oils.

The application of this oil of care will be done ideally the evening, on a cleaned skin beforehand. If your skin remains oily after application, apply a spray of rose or geranium hydrosol to the face and massage gently.

This recipe is a favorite of mature women or those who want to take care of their skin quickly. Nevertheless, the application of a conscious cosmetic does not prevent from continuing the basic rules of hygiene for a healthy and optimal life.
