Indications les plus souvent citées dans la littérature :
• Peau en manque d’élasticité • Peau d’orange / cellulite naissante • Peau atone et teint terne • Cheveux secs ou cassants • Massages raffermissants
Trucs & Astuces:
• Cheveux abîmés : 1 à 2 fois par semaine, massez la chevelure humide et propre avec 1 à 3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’avocat. Chauffez l’huile dans les mains puis massez des racines aux pointes. Terminez par le cuir chevelu en l’assouplissant bien. Laissez poser sous une serviette tiède pendant 1 heure au moins et jusqu’à une nuit entière. Rincez avec un shampooing doux. Les cheveux sont plus forts, plus souples et plus lisses.

De quoi est composé l'huile du Noyau d'Avocat ?
Composition en un clin d’oeil :
Un peu plus de deux tiers d’acides gras mono-insaturés (des oméga 9 et le fameux acide palmitoléique, hydratant). Un peu moins d’un dixième d’acides gras polyinsaturés (des oméga 6). Un peu moins d’un cinquième d’acides gras saturés. Nombreuses vitamines dont E, bêta-carotène et PP.
