Directions for use
For hair:
2 to 3 times a week, massage the oil all over dry hair, cover with a warm towel and leave on for ½ to 1 hour, then wash hair with shampoo.
For nails:
Every evening at bedtime, apply a drop to each nail, then massage the nail, insisting on the cuticles.
For skin:
Apply a few drops of castor oil to clean skin and massage until absorbed, paying particular attention to dry or marked areas.
