Ingrédients
Pour 14 bouchées
- 30 ml de Gimber n°3 Lilly.
- 5 dattes (120 g).
- 50 g de noix de pécan.
- 30 + 50 g de graines de chanvre.
- 10 g de pétales de noix de coco.
- 1 zeste de citron vert.
- ½ c. à c. d’extrait de vanille (facultatif).
- Une pincée de sel marin .
Préparation
- Placez les noix de pécan dans un robot et mixez-les finement.
- Ajoutez les dattes, une partie des graines de chanvre, les pétales de noix de coco, le Gimber n°3 Lilly, le sel et l’extrait de vanille (facultatif). Mixez jusqu’à ce que le mélange devienne friable et commence à s’agglomérer.
- Façonnez des boules de la taille d’une bouchée avec vos mains. Mélangez 50 g de graines de chanvre avec le zeste de citron vert. Roulez les bouchées dans le mélange de graines de chanvre et de zeste.
- Placez-les dans un récipient hermétique et conservez-les jusqu’à une semaine au réfrigérateur ou pendant quelques mois au congélateur.
