Natural cosmetics, a solution for the skin?

Take care of yourself inside and out. It's a phrase that should become a mantra. To achieve this, many of us pay particular attention to the quality of our food. How do we do this? By consuming good food, preferably via short distribution channels, or by deciphering label indications to avoid certain additives. All these everyday habits now seem normal to us. But what about our exterior, i.e. our skin? Do we pay as much attention to the cosmetics we use on our bodies?

The skin, an organ of absorption

Indeed, when we know that the skin is an organ of absorption absorbing organ, i.e. it absorbs passively cosmetic treatments. And that certain ingredients in classic cosmetics are designed to penetrate the outermost layer of the skin, in order to diffuse to deeper layers.
